Experience Level: Entry
I would like very simple threads created for blender, which I will use within my projects. I would like a full set of British Association thread sizes. The specification for the thread sizes can be taken from here: http://www.ring-plug-thread-gages.com/PDChart/BA-thread-data.html

I would like each thread to be 10cm long so I can cut them down within blender. Each thread should be solid to allow printing on a 3D printer.

All scaled correctly so that when imported into a project, then exported to STL, then gcode, they'll print on a 3D printer at the correct size and will screw into the corresponding sized nuts.

    HI Marty,
How about if I use Solidworks to design the 3D model and export in standard 3D formats ?
You can import those in Blender.

    Hi Marty,
How about the design is made in Solidworks and export in different standard 3D format what you can import in Blender assembly? I am not good in blender. So, I prefer Solidworks.
I already made one sample design. If you want, I can share the sample.
