3D BIM / Room Render

I’m looking at options for a renovation project and would like a 3D model built to visualise the space prior to instructing an architect to draw up our plans. The room is a going to be a kitchen diner, I’m not too fussed about the actual style of the units and fittings, I can give some images for inspiration but the main objective is to get a feel for the space using scaled dimensions.
