3D beach design

Project would need you to supply the background to the floor area of the plan attached. Sea, beach with sand and jetty from the beach out in to the shallow sea. Areas F2, F3 and F4 only. This is to cover a vast indoor floor arena so would need to be able to be used scaled up without losing quality at the size shown on the plan. Examples of sea, beach and jetty attached also.
This needs to look realistic and the jetty rustic wth weathered wood which would flow out into the shallow ocean and up into the cafe area.
