2D to 3D archetict design for interior and exterior home

A 3 floors, approx 1000 meter square home plan with interior layout only (no exterior design yet) in a PDF formate. The project is as follow
1st milestone (primary)
redesign some areas with a good in the interior layout with finishing touches, adjusting pillars, entrance, doors, spaces, put windows, redesign master bedroom( bedroom, Walkin closet, setting area, bigger bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, shower) , floor elevation, furniture distributions, landscaping etc (a wish list will be provided)
creating a modern or contemporary exterior design ( stones, paint, metal and or wood) that reflect the interior layout including elevation, steps, windows, land scaping shades and it respect the sunlight (a wish list will be provided)
2nd Milestone (primary)
Exterior and Interior 3D reflect the changes. Exterior includes all elevations in addition to interior 3D flytrhough images for all floores included furniture distribution that reflect actual sizes to estimate spaces. The interior 3D will be from several view points 10 to 15 view points will be provided later

3rd milestone (additional)
3D animation for exterior flytrhough and interior walk through

1st and 2nd milestones are a must and togather is the project. Please quote them togather in the main bidding box. The first milestone will be completed first before we move to the next

3rd milstone is optional. Please add the price on the replied comment section.

I will mainly select the archetict based on the first 2 milestones however, if I see a reasonable price for the 3rd milstone I will do the whole project with you
