Experience Level: Intermediate
Need a 2D architectural plan for ground floor of 5 storey block of flats.
I need pdf and dwg of solutions provided.
Block has 4 floors of flats above but ground floor is only car access, parking, bin stores, cycle stores, stairs entrance, lift entrance, supporting walls, supporting pillars.
Need to get the maximum sensible number of parking spaces : probably 15-18 is achievable.
Block has 23 flats (16 1-bed; 6 2-bed; 1 3-bed)
I am prepared to give the job to 2-3 people in parallel and pay all 2-3 so I can draw from the best ideas resulting.
I will attach pdfs of the topographic survey and the design of the typical accommodation floors. dwgs of these are also available.
