2 Days a week project basis

I am looking for a freelance Designer to help me with 3D visual drawings and technical drawings. I have attached 2 examples of the kind of design work I am looking for. My preference is to work on an hourly rate, but still have dedicated days to communicate projects and amendments. Projects typically last 6 months to 18th months, this will involve initial drawings with amendments following. For communication purposes some one within the GMT time zone (2 hours either side) would be ideal. I expect to be invoiced on a weekly basis and not per project base due to the longevity. Happy to be invoiced in Euros too. Thanks
