Design for a new site

First of all thank you for reading my project.

We are a small start up business in need of a new website and require the help of talented designer. Our business is broken down into 5 distinct areas and we require;
• Review of our existing logo
• Production of screens/pages for our new site which we could then develop into a real site

An example of a well branded website is www.sapient.com and would like someone to create something even better for us. Please note budget is limited and preference will be given to those designers that can visit our offices in Birmingham (paid travel) as it is imperative that we get a very tight design brief. Please quote a fixed price cost for this project.
