Design email newsletter

Hi,

I need someone to design a email newsletter for a fancy dress company.
I will provide 4 images, title and price for each product on a word document.

You provide, email newsletter design, newsletter title, product description and all UK legal mention requirement .

I need to have someone highly experienced and need to know all emails newsletter rules in order to have high delivery rate.
The email will be tested.

I want to keep the this newsletter as a template as we will send it weekly, so more work will be involved after that task.

I will only take English native speaker at it is require catchy marketing sentence and need to be aware of fancy dress market news.
