Design & develop a small website for a pub

I'm looking for someone to design and develop a small website for a village pub. It'll probably be 6-10 pages in total, and will require a background system to allow me to update the content in the future, and make modifications.

I have a few ideas myself as well as other pub websites which I like, so the actual look shouldn't be too difficult to design. It'll also need to allow me to upload pdf menus and link to twitter for realtime daily updates.
