Design & develop a New website for Photography Business

We, (which is me Steve & Deb's my business partner) need to get a NEW WEB SITE done>>> OUR Budget is flexible around £150 -£250

We have done a bit of research and have what I consider to be a fairly decent brief.
Colour palettes and the layouts is very important to us.
We have a couple of example sites that we like & will be happy to pass these on as we know what we want the site to do, we just need it implemented.
The site does not need to be full e-commerce it is a Photography Company and is mainly an information site, about us, gallery, products, services, contact, etc and we need password protected access for client's that don't want their galleries shown publicly on the site!

We are very much open to great ideas too, so get them thrown at us!

We would prefer someone London based so that a meeting can take place easily if necessary, this is not essential... Steve is in Ruislip Debs is in Radlett so meeting around North West London is good.
