Design and maybe implement a website

We would like you to design and possibly implement (if you can) a website for the company redspire.co.uk. We're a small B2B marketing company based in Glasgow, Scotland, we provide consultancy and CRM software for other businesses.

Please find our idea of the main page and the sitemap and a Brief for you attached. We do have an idea about how we'd like the other pages to look like too - we'll provide the templates when we agree to cooperate with you.

We'd like you to give us a quote for this job.
If you're only a designer that's okay, if you can also implement our website, we'd obviously pay you accordingly.
Please tell us how many designs you'll be able to provide for the price you're charging.

Our idea of the timeframe is:
1. Start on Tuesday 21st May, we'll tell you everything we expect from you.
2. 1st draft meeting.
3. Review meeting.
4. Final amendments meeting.

Please tell us how long you think this should take, we're happy with 2-3 weeks. All meetings will be held remotely.
