Design and Develop a Website

I need a professional to design and develop an online platform for businesses all over the world to be able to register (paid) and post products for other businesses to look at and potentially buy. The concept is something ever so slightly similar to alibaba.com or ipt.cc or igt.cc but 99% less complex.

The design MUST be fresh, querky and new...you can get ideas from badoo.com (with all their pop-up messages and soft elements) and even the quality of peopleperhour.

A full CMS must be provided with all data capture elements and reporting.

The registered businesses will also be able to pay a fee for advertising their products on the website in a featured slot/banner.

More detailed information will be provided to the successful candidate.

I am looking for someone that is a king in communication, has an eye for design and is well spoken (preferably UK candidates) and has done something very very similar to this in the past.

Time is key and we need this completed and ready to run by the end of this month (NO LATER).

Everything (payments) goes through PPH as standard!
