Design and Artwork for a pop up exhibition banner

This is a for a static site to promote my e-book, 'Make your business HOT' (search Amazon for this title and you will see the book cover).

A photoshop file of the cover can be provided.

The task of the banner is to encourage viewers to log website/take a photo of a QR code. It will be positioned on a desk, so the eye line will be higher than normal.

The banner size is 850mm x 2040mm (including a 40mm bleed on the bottom which goes into the stand).

Google 'Pop-up Banner' and you will come across 000's of these for sale, to give you an idea of how they can be used.

Artwork needs to be Hi Res 300dpi.

No speculative designs please. What I require are three things:

1) Links to examples of banners you have designed
2) A brief creative approach
3) Your price
