Design an e commerce shop

I already have a web address, hosting and my cpanel with a wide choice of stores.

I wish to have a store built from scratch. I sell E-cigarettes.

I will supply text and high quality pics. Each item will have an average of 6 pictures

Can you give me an idea of cost please for the following...

1. Fully set u store with contact us, about us, news page etc + 6 catagories + 50 items for sale?

2. Fully set u store with contact, about us pages etc + 8 catagories + 100 items for sale?

3. Fully set u store with contact, about us pages etc + 10 catagories + 150 items for sale?
