Design a single page website:- Coming soon landing page

We need a well designed pre-launch landing page to show visitors that we will be launching our product soon soon.

We have a template already up on the site so we are not looking for another template. We would like a site designed to meet our preferences

Features:
- single page
- Links to be displayed on the page without reloading the page
- Two fields for visitor input - one for email and a second suggestion box ( more details will be on the brief)
- links on the page to include social media links and a link to the blog
- configured to be SEO friendly (even though it's only one page!)

The logo to be used will be provided
Here is an example of a site that I like - www.spotever.com. Obviously it will be a lot different but the layout is an indication of what we are after.

Other requirements:
Please get in touch if you have created similar designs or have experience with such projects.
Also, only bid if you are able to start and finish immediately. We need the page to be set up in the shortest time possible.
