Design a simple cartoon storyboard

I need someone to produce a simple cartoon storyboard, with very little text, much like the attached PDF document.

This will be displayed on the homepage of the company website, so it is vital to attract attention and clearly communicate the message of what we do.

It would be ideal for the format of the document to be made into a vector, so it can be used on several marketing tools - print and online.
