Design a poker coaching website

I am looking for someone to work with on a longer term basis but would like them to complete a website for me first.

The website is a poker coaching / staking / affiliation website. Please take a look at www.pokervip.com for an idea of what we want. We are going to ignore the interactive 'poker school' section for now and focus mainly on the rakeback and poker videos side of the website.

The general website design is not important, it is the functionality we are looking for. Serious bidders should sign up to the above site and get a GOOD idea of exactly what needs to happen, this is much easier than me explaining it all. I am happy to answer any questions if you are unsure.

I would prefer the website to be made in Joomla CMS system but if the functionality we require is not possible then we will look at any framework.

I am looking for a competative price on this project as the initial budget is limited. I will also be helping a lot with the website, adding pages, designing page etc. Your main focus will be the functionality.
