Design a Logo

Please note two logo's required Fish up a Tree and Fish Global

I am looking for a new logo for Leadership development business based in Africa. The business is called "Fish Up a Tree" (based on the quote "you cant judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree") The Leadership Developmnet is aimed at young leaders accross africa.

the logo should have similar colours to the one attached i.e. Red,yellow, green and blue. It needs to appeal to a young market and have an african feel.

I would like:
- Just the logo
- Logo with company name
- Logo with company name and quote

I then also want a logo for "Fish Global" Logo to have a similar feel but appeal to the international market.
