Design a fresh-looking and professional website, with booking/payment facilities.

We are a recently-formed small business that organises medical education courses for GPs. We have our first courses starting in September/October 2013. We need a website to establish a web presence, for marketing and to allow clients to book a course online. We have a logo already designed. To start with we have a four page website in mind:
Page 1: Main page, with a rolling banner of images highlighting some of our unique selling points. Under this we want to have an attractive set of icons displaying when our next set of course dates are, and what their availability is. We would like clients to be able to click on a date and be taken to a separate booking/payment page. Also we want to encorporate a small google maps area for our location.
Page 2: Profile page - giving background to the company and the course tutors
Page 3: A summary page of a typical course day timetable
Page 4: The payment/booking page (as mentioned above) with space for clients to add some pre-course comments
