Design a custom ad banner

I need an ad banner made up for me, please. I am an affiliate for Elegant Themes, a WordPress theme shop, and I want a 300 x 100 px ad banner for my site. I've attached a banner I saw on another site that I really like, as well as the Elegant Themes logo as a transparent PNG. If you could come up with something as good as the one I like that would be brilliant.

I'd like the text to say 'Get all 85 themes for only $39'.

I'd like the final file supplied as both a PSD so I can edit it in future and a format suitable for the web.

There will be future, similar work for the successful applicant.
