Our API is connected to a jasmin sms gateway, there is a plugin installed on jasmin sms gateway that has a problem.
To make it very vivid for you let me explain
Since client uses smpp and we use api then we need a connector between us and the client. Here comes jasmin sms gateway plugin which converts smpp to http.
Everything works well except for one thing. Our API sends delivery report to jasmin which jasmin receives but jasmin does not send the delivery update to the client.
What we need you to do is find out why and fix it.
We also need you to teach us how to install jasmin sms gateway and document it for us for our future needs.
