Database CMS with registration / template pages / booking system

Hello,

One of my client, a travel agency would need a CMS registration and booking system attached to his Drupal website - www.himalayanexperience.com - For that assignment, UK based freelance only. Thank you.

To be more specific, at the moment each client books his trip by downloading a huge amount of PDFs via the website, fill them, scan them and send them back to the company. Payments are done by bank transfers.

The travel agency would need to get that process via a CMS that allow to manage documents via templates.

The development requires:
- creation of online template pages based on the actual PDFs that interact one another to fill other templates
- Access to a dashboard by the admin and client

The work involves:
- creation of the database; which includes:
- client's registration system (a specific registration N# is allocated to each client. Allows the client to log in later on to finalise his booking)
- upload of files (like passport, ID photo...)The development requires:
- creation of online template pages based on the actual PDFs
- Access to a dashboard by the admin and client
- download of information by the client (e.g the booking conditions)
- client confirmation that he has read, understood and abide to T&Cs (confirmation has to be recorded and must be mandatory)
- keyed information and uploaded files must fit template pages that gather selected information (templates pages to be created) - e.g the personal and medical information should feed a template named Bio Data that records specific info for the trekking guide...,
- compilation of all keyed information to create the physical client's file
- booking confirmation by email; to the client, the agency and other third parties,
- all information and file have to be printable
- record of information on the server and regular backup to a cloud
- payment; linked to the system proposed by the bank. No shopping cart creation.

I can provide JQuery or pre-developed modules to ease the creation of the base.

The database should to be easy to duplicate and to export to another server to be linked to the different websites that the company owns. Template pages created should be editable to allow the in house developer to make the necessary adjustments.

Detailed specifications are provided. An estimated time frame of 30 days is proposed. Within the time frame the work includes the database development with the above requirements and the specifications, any adjustment according to the client's requirements, all online tests, clearing of bugs and transfer of the database to the client's server.
