CV, Cover letter, Job Interview and coaching

Basically I have tried for seven years to get progression with my current employer to no vail
Where's as my accomplishments within the company are commendable, I fear my efforts are starting to drain and even a few interviews I've been to via phone, agencies seem to miss my desire to work and contribute to a success company, either it's how I express myself,body language or something I clearly cannot see.

So I'm looking to buy a service via PPH to see me though this process that leads to a good position in a good company.
