Remuneration
AddVantage Save is currently seeking a Customer Sales Advisor on a Base Pay/ Commission basis + Bonus.
Average OTE of £16,000 per annum - pro rata
Earnings will be paid directly to employee on a weekly basis.
This individual contributor will be a key partner in the success of the AddVantage Network and will be responsible for:
• Converting leads into members
• Maintaining contact with clients during free trial and converting them to paid membership
• Building a relationship with the customer, aligning them to the products they need and ensuring business needs are met
• Guiding clients through the process of purchasing discounts through AddVantage
• Maintaining a database of up to date client information
• Keeping fully informed about the Network’s Suppliers and all discount details
• Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Candidates who qualify for the Customer Sales Advisor role will have:
• Minimum two years sales and service experience
• Working in a direct marketing industry (desirable)
• Solution sales in a similar environment (desirable)
• Proven excellence in client servicing
• Experience in following documented procedures; involvement in designing processes is valuable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Internet/Intranet
• A willingness to work in an environment that requires heavy phone-based customer interaction
• Ability to learn proprietary software and databases
• Telesales, Food Service, Hospitality/Hotel industry experience is helpful, but not required
Personal Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attentiveness to detail
• Professionalism, accuracy and efficiency
• Effective time management skills (capable of managing and prioritizing multi-tasks)
• Capacity to learn quickly
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to make swift, sound judgments
