Custom Jobroller WordPress Theme (Urgent)

I wish to deploy the Jobroller theme for a niche Project Management Job Board website. I require the expertise of a Wordpress expert who will help set up and customise the theme in order to give it professional and visually appealing look to site visitors.

Project Management Vault as explained earlier is intended to be a one stop shop for everything project management. My primary goal is to have a Jobs Board, Articles, CV Page and Books Page.

The books page will allow me to display project management books like this site:

On the site, you will notice they have links for book categories at the top. In Jobroller, there’s a widget which will allow us to do the same thing. This is to allow ease of use for site users. Just as it is on the site given above, I already have images, names, description, Amazon affiliate link and category names for the books.

For the CV page, I already have four different packages and prices prepared. You simply need to customise the CV page nicely with PayPal button.

For the Articles page, you simply need to customise the already available blog page to look more visually appealing. Widgets to show “Blog Categories” and “Recent Posts”

For the Home Page:
I would like to have “featured job listings” displayed on the homepage.

Just above the Main Search Panel on the Home Page, we would like to insert a three column Table:
- Col 1 - would include a clickable graphic that says "Sign In / Sign Up";
- Col 2 - would include a clickable graphic that says "Browse Jobs";
- Col 3 - would include a clickable graphic that says “Submit a Job” (on the submit a job page, advertiser can see the widget displaying job packages)

At the bottom of the homepage, social networking buttons to our facebook, twitter and LinkedIn pages, display PayPal logo. Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, About Us, Contact Us, Site Map.
I will provide text if needed for home page. (I want users to have a professional feel of the home page

On the log in / register page – widgets should display latest jobs, latest articles, CV services.

On the Job page, available “featured jobs” should always appear on top (already part of theme)

One of my primary targets is to blend in Google Adsense. I need you to get rid of the Full-Time, Freelance, Temporary, Part-Time and Internship labels that appear next to each job. If you can possibly change the job listing font, size and colour so you can drop in adsense right at the top of the listing, another at the bottom and one in the widget on the right (all text ads)

In the articles page, adsense block to appear above the fold right under the post title like this:

On the job page, widget to allow email subscription for latest project management jobs, widget to allow job job categories like this:

If you have suggestions of useful plugins and design please feel free to share them.

I will really prefer someone who has an experience doing this sort of Project and will need to see your portfolio. Please don't bid on the job if you are a middleman or haven't got sufficient experience.

This will hopefully be the start of on going business relationship. These requirements are simple the phase 1 of this project so there's definitely more work to come.
