Custom Drupal Theme

I would like a nice custom drupal 7.0 theme for my business. Please see attached file for the front page and the rest of the pages.

Also note the two banners/links to the top right indicating the two different categories. When a user clicks on one of the two banners the yellow boxes should change the blocks according to their category.

Please note that I will create everything else, including the blocks. I am a Drupal developer but I am not so good in designing themes, so bid only for the them, not anything else.
