Custom delivery status progress bar for ecommerce wordpress website

We require a custom script to run on an ecommerce website built in wordpress using woocommerce plugin. The script is to run and show a progress bar in the customers my account area once they have completed the payment for a product. The status bar will show various stages of progress over a timed period of 3 to 4 weeks every so many days it shows the next stage of progress. we will need to be able to override the progress in the back end of wordpress if we complete the order quicker or slower.
