Css styling - small web design finishing job

I'm looking for a css / design expert to put some finishing touches to the following . . .

I'll have full details from my client in the next 24 hours but you can see more or less the sort of things which will need doing.

At this stage I just want to check your skills and availability as I will need the job completed a.s.a.p. after I receive the final details; I'm fully booked out on other work so am unable to complete it myself on this occasion.
