CSS / HTML expert wanted for ongoing site development

Hi,

I have an ecommerce website and have some photoshop images of changes I'd like to make to my site. There is nothing major in there currently and I think it can all be done through css changes.

I'd like someone who will be capable of logging in to the site by ftp and working out the structure of the site from the files that are there and then making the relevant changes to the css, and uploading images where necessary.

In some instances I will want to A/B test the changes - either through Optimizely or through Google Optimiser - in either case I'd just need the snippet of css change needed.

If you're interested please let me know your timezone and css experience - preferably with examples of sites you've worked on.
