I'm looking for a developer to build a CRMS system that's build on the Joomla platform. Please see specification Below.
User Levels
To include: Administrator, Managers, Sales Member, Call Centre, Accounts and Customer
Enquiries
All enquiries from main website to be collated in the CRMS, with Enquiries Administration area for Administrator and Manager user levels only.
Enquiries can then be dragged and dropped to the desired sales member, where the enquiry will then be displayed in that particular sales persons account, with a preset task to follow up the enquiry. Each enquiry has its own timeline, where notes and scheduled follow up’s can be recorded then set to notifications.
Online Quoting
To generate PDF quotations for a specific customer, then email the quotation and have it accessible from the customer portal.
Also to create a quotation request to send to a specific set list of brokers.
Live History Record
A live stream of all history actions regarding the relevant order, to be viewable on all user levels. This is to include Logging a history of all correspondence, including Live Chat, Email, SMS, Call Logging and sent Documents.
Order Timeline
A simplified outline of the Live History Record. A quick reference to the customer indicating what stage of the process they are at.
Live Chat
A Customer to Sales member chat interface. This is only for existing customers who have CRMS credentials. This Live chat is to be logged in the Logging History and Order Timeline.
Texting
To send order status updates to the customer via SMS. This is to be logged in the Logging History and Order Timeline.
Document Filing
To upload all documents to the system, with the ability to email uploaded items to the customer, whenever needed.
Integrated Telematics
The ability for a customer to track a vehicle via the front end portal, if the vehicles fitted with telematics. We now have a telematics system in place called Trak Global, who use a web interface to track vehicles. They Don’t as of yet support API, but there next update is to include this.
Administrative Reporting
Defined reporting of all aspects of details submitted to the system. Including sales member statistics, demographics reporting, vehicle statistics etc.
We also want a separate live reporting screen to include statistics on all sales members. We aim to have this displayed in the sales office thought the day, building on the sales environment.
Notifications
Notification alerts for all tasks, this is to be displayed in the live reporting screen.
Time scale for this project is 2 Months.
