Critique my website

I am starting an accountancy services practice. I have created a website and would like a constructive critical review, initially basic readability, grammar, etc and then does the website make it clear what we offer, is it appealing are there problems that turn you off, what are your thoughts positive and negative when you puruse the website, is there anything you would expect that is missing, etc.

I will select three different bids, and would prefer experience or qualifications in English, ideally the persons would have some experience of the business or tax world, i.e. you have run a business or are close to someone that has, or you need to complete a personal self assessment.

I will pay 2 hours for each review.
