Creative Website Designer

Hi

I am looking for a web designer to work with the following spec:

- develop and design page layouts, look and feel to be used throughout the site
- design the navigation scheme
- edit, optimise and incorporate content in the form of text, photographs and
images provided by myself into the website.
- optimise the website for search engine positioning using keywords relevant to
niche market.
- create a Site Index to maximize search engine positioning for website.
- create a Contact Us page incorporating a form using a structure to minimise
spam email messages
- creation of online application form with data collection
- full build of website including a content management system
- instruction on how to use the CMS
- provision of technical support after the website is online

We will only consider applicants who can provide the following:
1. Portfolio of a range of work.
2. Experience of working on a corporate project.
3. Evidence of creative/progressive work. We are not looking for a bog-standard website.
