Creative copy for leaflet

We are looking for creative and exciting copy for a promotional leaflet that will be straight to the point and appeal to the reader. The content needs to be concise enough so not to become a narrative piece of text. We want something that stands out, not ordinary run of the mill.

The leaflet will be distributed to local residential areas so the information needs to be communicated in a way that makes the reader read the leaflet instead of just throwing it away because they regard it as junk mail.

We are working to a very tight schedule as we have set this week a deadline for this service to launch and we have also booked a company to collect or leaflets and distribute them next Wednesday! We have a designer who can deliver the design to us by the end of the week but in order for them to start work they need the content, therefore the key to this job is producing creative text under pressure and short time scale.
