Description
30 images in coloured pencil copying style of existing artwork
Scanned at 300 dpi, delivered electronically
Maximum size A4 (210x297mm)
Duration: After award, the images may be sent over a period of 4 weeks with payment in (say) 4-instalments
Samples of the existing portfolio and some example images are on Flickr here: https://www.flickr.com/gp/insadly/905Bj8
Specification
2 x full-coloured city-scapes of London, (one will be Houses of Parliament and Westminster Bridge from South bank of Thames) landscape orientation (one roughly in ratio 2:1, other 3:1). These are to be outline drawn, then fully coloured from right to left with 10 scans being taken in 10 equal stages of completion for each of the 2 images so that an animated GIF of the colouring can be made. I have an example I can share. The scans need to be made with care so that the images are quite well aligned, but I do have software to make the alignment perfect.
The following need only scan the finished piece and will be a mixture of portrait and landscape. By Large, Medium and Small subjects, I am referring to the object being drawn, I suggest the artwork typically fills 75%+ of an A4 page to give a consistent style.
8 x large subjects fully coloured (e.g. Tower Bridge, Admiralty Arch, Horse Guards (building))
10 x Medium subjects - colourful but 50%-90% coloured (e.g. school entrance, hospital entrance with ambulance, police station)
10 x Small subjects 50%-90% coloured (e.g. taxi, pillar box (post), police car, ballot box)
I am building a website and have some imagery that I like based on London sights in crude coloured pencil. I want to buy a portfolio of 30 more images in the same style. The website is specifically associated with UK government and so will require images of Houses of Parliament and buildings/artefacts recognisable as associated with London and/or public sector and government. The website is to promote my services in marketing software to government bodies, so the audience are software businesses.
The artwork will be used to decorate blogs and web pages, some as full-width banners, others as column headers, buttons, thumb-nails, etc. The artwork will also be used to decorate marketing messages and updates on Twitter and LinkedIn so it needs to be colourful and eye-catching rather than true-to-life. I think highly coloured artwork like the animated GIF is good for catching attention on social media.
The artwork will be copyright to my business and not shared.
As the website grows there will be more artwork required.
Before I place the contract I will want to see a sample image to show you can adopt the required style.

Greetings!
I have a few questions:
1. Do you have photographs that could be used as a reference for each drawing?
2. Is the price that you inserted your budget for all 30 drawings + scans, or per piece or two? And is it flexible?
3. Is there approximate deadline for this project?
Thank you in advance, for the time to read this, and your answers!
Kind Regards!Simon S.13 Aug 2018Hi, I will send photographs for all 30 subjects. The product does not have to be true-to-life but follow the style of my existing portfolio. It needs to be colourful, bold and eyecatching. The subjects do need to be recognisable. The budget for all 30 images is £100. I can wait 4 weeks for the project to be completed but would like some images completed each week. I'm happy to make 4 instalment payments of £25 against partial completion.

Hi Simon,
Is that £100 an initial instalment, or is that for all 30 images?
Thanks,
Gareth.Simon S.13 Aug 2018Hi Gareth, thanks for your interest. The budget is £100 for all 30 images.
Kind regards, Simon
