Create summaries text (short and medium) from descriptive text

I need to append text to a large number of photos that could be shown on their own, in a table or on a web site.
I have a general description taken from various sources, but I need to reduce this down to different lengths
around 25 words
around 50 words
around 100 words.

I am looking for a consistent style across the 3 summaries.

The audience is a visitor/tourist to London - so it needs to be focused on what they would find interesting.
