Create professional templates for Excel and Word documents

I am a Building Surveyor and I produce detailed survey reports, letter, invoices and schedule of conditions on a weekly basis. I use Word or Excel to write the documents and reports but then seem to waste a huge amount of time trying to format these documents into the required template and style for my business.

I need somebody who can take my rough reports and create highly professional documents, formatted to my specifications, and converted into PDF.

I would also like a set of templates to be created in Word and Excel that I can then use on an ongoing basis.
