Create great design for existing site

I am looking ONLY for someone with very good reviews on PPH to work in HTML5 and CSS3 to create a great design for an existing website (current version just based on a simple Twitter Bootstrap). Have a look at the attached skeleton and the summary below and please send me your proposal

Am looking for someone available very soon that I can speak with over the phone as well. I would target to have a first draft of the designed pages in the next three days with a view on finalizing in the next five days


- Create professional design for existing website (it is still being developed on the back-end) based on the attached skeleton. Obviously this is only a skeleton - would like to use this blue color as a main theme with variances at your suggestion - and the website would have a more organic/lively feel once the design is set on top
- I have included in the pdf the main pages of the website that need to be designed
- Will send you link to existing website on request - the base design is already based on a simple Twitter Bootstrap
- The idea is not to spend much time "re-creating the wheel" but rather getting inspired from existing setups/designs to create something very professional/simple/lively. The level of professional feel/ease of use I am after would be on sites like: betterdoctor.com, tumblr.com
- You will be creating the static design with "dummy data/images" where needed that the developer will then edit to link back to the actual functionality of the website which is coded in Ruby Sent from my BlackBerry® smartphone on O2
