Create An Odds Comparison Plugin For Our Wordpress Site

We want to create an odds comparison plugin that will display odds from around 10 different bookmakers contextually on our site. Those are the requirements:

1 - The odds comparison tool should get the live odds from feeds from a number of UK bookmakers that we will indicate (either by scraping an already existing odds comparison site like https://www.oddschecker.com/ or by getting feeds directly from bookmakers. We can facilitate in the second option)
2 - On the backend we should be able to select which bookmakers we want to display the odds from, the market and also control links to those bookmakers
3 - Via a shortcode we should be able to add odds comparison in Wordpress contextual article (similar to like they have done here -> https://www.betting-directory.com/football/18072019/senegal-v-algeria-tips-sadio-mane-to-inspire-african-cup-of-nations-glory-for-senegal.php
4 - When adding the shortcode we should be able to select which market we want to display, etc.
