Create a wordpress theme

I have purchased a wordpress theme and just want it made. The theme ive purchased and can supply is the 'shoppest' http://themeforest.net/item/shoppest-responsive-woocommerce-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/5490550

I would like it made exact the same. If you can make it look like that and then roughly tell me how you did it then i will change all the pictures and text myself, saving you time and allows me to update it in the future.
