Create a html page for website

We need a design of one page (html) with text attached.
This page will be printable (user can print it).
The example of the design could be this: http://passdsa.co.uk/uploads/1368522615_Know-traffic-signs.pdf
Width must be 500 px.
Pictures/fotos related to the text must be included.
PassDSA logo must be included (is atached).

This html will be used in www.passdsa.co.uk

Additional info:
We do not want redisign www.passdsa.co.uk. We just want to insert nice looking html of the article.
We would like to make pdf of this article after we will have html done.
We do not provide images, you should manage it yourself.
