Create a company name and logo

Hi. I need help in choosing a company name and then designing a logo and brand style.
The new company is to provide software services to support the work my existing company does.
It allows employees to choose from a range of benefits on offer and helps empoloyers to administer what they offer to their employees.
Commonly this is referred to as flexible benefits software and I need a catchy name that is warm and inviting for the employees it is aimed at. Part of the role of the software is to communicate what is being offered by an employer to their employees.
