Create a Cartoon Character

Hi,

I am looking for the creation of a cartoon character to use on various social media platforms. Initially in a single pose, but then follow-on work will add 19 more.

The initial character needs to be a dog. I am thinking of one in the "Disney" style of the dog from Tom and Jerry (Butch) - but without the muscles, standing on 2 legs (as he will need to "hold" things on later poses) and smiling. He should have a collar in a bright colour. The breed needs to be a Chocolate Labrador, and be fairly young-looking/accident-prone. The character should be on a white or, preferably, transparent background, and provided in .png or, even better, photoshop .psd format.

Initial pencil/outline drawing etc. will be needed to agree on the character itself I guess.
