Crazy Animation

Not really sure how to describe this, but I need something a little crazy. On our website (I will show interested parties), we have some effects where you pull a pin, and the footer of the website drops down to reveal a background.

Well on that background, I want to have a funny animation show. Kind of like a mad professors laboratory, or the inner workings behind the website the user is viewing. Maybe like a rat running in his wheel powering the hole thing with pipes chugging, steam blowing and lots of silly brightly colored little parts making up the "engine" thats powering the website.

I have no idea if this explains it clearly enough, and I dont expect many replies..lol. But if your out there and happen to know what the hell it is i am trying to say, please let me know your bid.
