Copywriting needed for a pricing page PDF + design (we already have a template)

I need someone to take the details of our products and produce a pricing page in line with our corporate style. We have a template PDF which can be used to expand on so what I need is someone to write the copy for the pages.

I need three pages to be put together.

1. A basic overview of our proposition in a one page PDF - I have some ideas about this already but I need someone to collate them and put the page together
2. A pricing page which summarises our products, what they are and how much they cost. We basically have 2 products and three upgrade options so this will definitely fit on one page.
3. A page with our volume pricing and bulk discounts.

Ideally I'd like to find someone who enjoys copy writing as well as design. We need the layout and text organised mainly as getting someone to finish the design is very possible. Obviously if you can do both to a high standard all the better but we are most interested in the copy primarily.

To be considered please submit an indicative hourly rate and then some examples of your work. I need to be confident that you will be able to do the copy writing work predominantly. Design is a bonus but copy writing is the main job so please bear this in mind with your examples.
