I am looking for someone to build me a 8 page website with CMS (prefer wordpress), from a design that will be supplied to you.
The header on all pages must be static.
It goes without saying that this needs to be cross-browser compatible, standards compliant, mobile device friendly and built using the best practises for SEO.
Please respond with your proposed fee/ rates, and also a realistic idea on timescales to complete this.
