Description of support work: Hello,
We would like to turn our existing 3 page pdf form into an editable version, so when a customer receives our questionaire in pdf format, he can open the document in pdf, fill out the form, save and send back per email instead of having to print it out and fax it back. There are 3 pages which needs to be edited in Adobe. Should be an easy job for someone that has the software and knows how to do it.
