Control panel conditional statements (Job)

HI,

We are looking for a developer that can create a conditional statements in an already existing website control panel. the website lists money transfer companies and we would like the results of companies to be updated if certain conditions are met. we would like N number of conditions to be applied to any given listed company.

The administration panel for each money transfer company edit page needs to be integrated with an (if statement) feature. This should look like this:

If (*drop down menu of fields*) (*operator: greater, less than, or, equals*) (*insert integer or string value*)

then (*drop down menu of fields*) (*operator: greater, less than, or, equals*) (*insert integer or string value*)

E.g. If "amount sent" 250 & < 5000 then "transaction fee" = 15

The fields like "amount sent" need to be the fields updated inside the website control panel and not the results page.
