Contracts written for services and coaching contracts

We provide coaching services in schools. These coaching services are provided by employees who are on payroll but who currently do not have a contract.

We are looking for two type of contracts:

1: A basic but inclusive contract for the schools outlining the relationship we provide to the schools and terms and conditions. We are looking for a yearly contract which will include the fees, terms and conditions of hire, the school's responsibilities to us and vica versa,

We are looking for someone who can fit into the contract our suggestions but who can also provide guidance and directions on areas not covered by us.

2: Contract for the coaches. We are currently employing coaches who are paid through payroll, however there are no contract in place yet. We are looking for a clear and transparant contract (many of our coaches' first language is not english and/or they are quite young)which outlines terms and conditions of working for us, our responsibilities to them and theirs to us.

We are looking for someone who can fit into the contract our suggestions but who can also provide guidance and directions on areas not covered by us.
