We are looking for someone to write two legally binding contracts for us to issue to clients going forwards.
1) A contract for an online web service, specifying minimum payment duration terms.
2) A contract for bespoke software development (of a set product), including information on an ongoing maintenance fee.
Going forwards, we would like to be able to simply tweak the figures within these contracts for future clients.
I will provide additional details to bidders, in order to get a costing estimate.
