Contract/Agreement documents - Shared Facebook page ownership between two companies.

Looking for someone to create a basic contract which helps protect the owners of a Facebook page.

We have partnered with another company to run several social media pages. Both of us use them for joint marketing purposes. We need a contract which helps safeguard this relationship for the future.

We don't want them stealing the Facebook page and deleting us as admins, vice versa.

This document will simply be a written agreement, which can be signed by both owners to verify ownership.
